Dear TTS,I'm writing this to express my sincere thanks for a job, very well done. The bid for the removal of our large, convoluted and roof threatening live oak was more than fair, the work was prompt, very professionally done and the cleanup following was great. Your hard working staff was friendly, very capable, and really paid attention to the requests I had to save the fireplace sized wood and leaving the stump at the right height for me to build an outdoor work table. And, I also appreciate the extra trimming, at no extra cost, you did on the adjacent tree overhanging the roof. Yourbucket truck, chipper and grappler were pretty impressive, too. Thanks again for the great work,Curt and Karen ShirerGreenwood ForestOn The LooseUSA
The owner, Jerry, came out the day we called. His crew arrived the next afternoon. The 2 man crew were professional, efficient, and careful that branches didn't hit the roof. The removal of one particularly large branch was pure genius. Thanks guys.We recommend Texas Tree Service.
Work was done in a timely manner and the crew was very experienced. Thank you, we appreciate your hard work.
Texas Tree Service was recommended by a local building company that I have known and trusted. They lived up to the recommendation and then some. Very professional work and TTS gave excellent customer service. I will use them again, if needed.
We were very pleased with Mr. Eddy and his professional crew. We had a prompt written estimate and after agreeing to terms, they were here and on the job! There are a lot of tree removal companies in this area, but most are not insured, have a small crew and do not have a bucket truck. We would highly recommend this company!
They quickly & efficiently cut down a large, challenging tree while preserving my surrounding landscape.I had a 40-foot deodar cedar growing in my front yard close to and leaning toward the house. Deodar cedars are fast-growing trees that can reach 80 feet tall. They are native to the Himalayan regions. To Westerners, they look like pine trees. Deodar cedars have shallow roots that can rise during heavy rains. (And we were having a rainy spring.) When the Deodar cedars roots rise, a leaning tree leans more. When there’s not enough soil to support the roots, or when there’s a heavy wind, there is the danger of the tree falling. That tree would have done overwhelming damage to our home if it fell.I needed experts to cut this 40-foot tree without damaging the house, fence, and my heavily landscaped front yard. Texas Tree Service proved they were experts. They tidied up after themselves and did a beautiful job.
Thank you for doing a great job on our trees at Lone Star Corral near Hondo. We appreciate that you came from Kerrville to make our park look so nice again.
Immediate response to call, prompt estimate, and competed tree removal same day. Well equipped, expert work by very experienced worker (Jason). Didn't have time for second bid, so can't comment on cost, but it seemed reasonable. Highly recommend!
Was very impressed with the work and clean up. The crews were great very professional and very knowledgeable. Wouldn't use anyone else in the hill country. Just finished stage 1 and hoping to start stage 2 soon.
We were very pleased with the work done at our house on removing a tree on the front of the house, its roots were about to cause serious damage to the main water line. The roots were shredded with a sophisticated machine. Trees in the back were trimmed back due to hanging over the roof and eventually would have broken and caused roof repairs.
